MuzIRC

MuzIRC is an Internet Relay Chat program created to search and download free mp3 from channels using @find protocol.

When you are connected on the network you can search for a specific mp3 file. All users having this file will send you a message. Then you have to download the mp3 list of those users and select the files to download from that list.
